Gulf States Automation (GSA) was founded in the early 1990s—originally under a different name—with a vision to provide reliable and high-quality building energy management and controls solutions for commercial, industrial, and institutional customers in the Lower Alabama and Florida Panhandle region. From the beginning, our mission has been to meet our customers' needs with integrity, expertise, and dependable service.
As building technology evolved and traditional DDC systems lagged behind innovation, GSA sought a more advanced solution to keep pace with modern building demands. In 2005, we partnered with Automated Logic Corporation (ALC) and adopted the WebCTRL® family of products—an industry-leading platform that enables smarter, more efficient building automation. Through this partnership, we have expanded both our customer base and service territory, now delivering solutions across Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
